About Me
I have a 2 year old son and we love going on walks and exploring nature! I have a level 3 childcare qualification, DBS and 12 hour first aid training which I obtained whilst working in a nursery setting. I enjoy looking after children and promoting their development whilst having fun! I enjoy messy and imaginative play; I believe that child led learning is the best way to go and that children should take the lead, allowing adults to adapt and incorporate other things.
My Experience
I studied health and social care at sixth form and then went on to do a level 3 childcare apprenticeship which I completed in April 2020, I have been working in a nursery since 2018 which I have really enjoyed! I also volunteer at the local Girlguiding unit, planning activities and attending meetings regularly. I also have a 2 year old son who is amazing and we love being outdoors!
