My Experience
I regularly babysit my beautiful little brother Jayden, 6. We go to the park, dance to music and do fun craft activities like painting and messy play. I absolutely love him so much and enjoy spending time with him so much that I decided to go down a childcare based career route.
I have studied how to plan activities based on the age/stage of children and how to assist a child's development.
I have experience in a nursery setting where I assisted the practitioners in planning activities and carrying them out. I cared and looked after children aged 3-5.
I was also a carer for my disabled sister for 2 years, helping her develop through sensory activities. I have lots of experience in caring for children with special needs.
I currently work in an after school care where I care for young people aged 5–12, preparing snack, setting up activities and going on outings to parks, museums etc during the school holidays.
My Qualifications
I am currently holding an HNC in Social Services Children and Young People. I have 5 highers and 6 National 5's. I am currently working towards an SVQ3 in Social Services - Children and Young People.
I hold a PVG certification and am SSSC Registered.
My Availability
Monday 7am - 1pm
Tuesday 7am - 1pm
Wednesday 7am - 1pm
Thursday 7am - 1pm
Friday 7am - 1pm
Saturday 10am - 12am
Sunday 9am - 10pm
