About Me
We have two daughters, a 2 year old and a 8 month old (20 months between them) and a 17 year old cat. We love nature and the outdoors, travelling and making the most of life generally.
My Requirements
I will be returning to work for 2 days a week in December, then 4 days a week (I don't work Fridays) from March so will need both girls looked after for 1/2 days a week (currently Tuesday but can be flexible) until March, then 3 days a week from then. My husband is a police officer so his shifts mean that on occasion we may need to switch a day, which we can always give notice for, so some flexibility there would be helpful but not a necessity.

We’ve had experience with several childminders over the years due to house moves, and we can honestly say Amelia is by far the best. Our 4-year-old and 2.5-year-old have been with her for the past year and have thrived thanks to the care, attention, and dedication she puts into their learning and development.
Our eldest recently started school, and it’s because of Amelia that we felt completely confident she was ready and would settle in well. Both of our girls have made wonderful friends at her setting, and we couldn’t be happier with the variety of activities and experiences Amelia provides.
We receive daily updates with photos and details of what they’ve been doing, which is so reassuring. The girls are always excited to go in the morning and come home happy and content. Amelia has also been incredibly supportive with milestones like toilet training and dropping naps. Her setting strikes the perfect balance between a warm, home-from-home environment and a space that encourages learning and growth.
We would, and have, recommended Amelia without hesitation.
