My Requirements

I have three children:
-A 13 year old son, diagnosed with Autism. He is high functioning however very sensitive. He also has ARFID.
- A 7 year old son who is awaiting assessment for Autism and tourettes syndrome, I also believe he as oppositional defiance disorder.
- A 6 year old daughter who is a miniature version of me. Full of energy and Sass. I have no doubt that she also has ADHD, though no referral has been made as yet.

I am looking for someone that can help me at home with the children. I will be home too so you wont be doing things alone (unless you are happy to mind them occasionally once a rapport has been established however this is not a must have).

We moved home last November. Since then, because I have been working full time, and trying to sort our new home (mostly single handedly), everything else has gone to pot.

Ideally I would like someone who has some understanding around neurodivergence or is open to learning about it whilst supporting me and my family.
Preferably somone who can come first thing in the morning during term time to support me to get the children up and ready for school, and get to school on time. (I am applying for school transport but I will take them in the meantime). I would also need them come in the evenings to support with bedtime routines. They are my main struggles at the moment. We have no structure and it is affecting the children, which reflects in their behaviours.

Anything else you can support with would just be an added bonus.

I just need a bit of help getting things back on track and having some stability and routine for both myself and my children.

Person must be registered and hold an up to date DBS check as I will be claiming financial support through universal credit.
