About Me
As a parent, I understand how it feels entrusting your child to someone else. I would like parents to have peace of mind when they hand their children over to me. That’s exactly why I have pursued my passion to have my own nurturing home-based childcare setting where children have a central focus.
My previous IT work background changed when I had my son, I realized my passion is the learning and development of children so I sought out experiences where I could have a positive impact on children such as midday supervision, reading volunteers and learning support assistant in primary schools. I have a special interest in outdoor learning, especially the difference it can make in children’s emotional well being. This is something all children in my care will benefit from.

MsAbby has been a blessing for me and my daughter. After needing to change childcare providers within a short period of time, I found MsAbby and she has been nothing but helpful, kind and considerate towards us and our situation. My daughter has been thriving, learning new words, taking more risks and growing in confidence whilst in MsAbbys care. I’m happy to know she is in an environment that makes her feel safe and happy and gives me everlasting confidence that she is in the right hands. I couldn’t be more thankful for MsAbby and how much she has helped us both and to see how much my daughter is learning each day. She loves going to MsAbby each day she attends. I would recommend MsAbby 100%.

I honestly cannot recommend MsAbby enough. She has been absolutely amazing with my twins and has gone above and beyond to support both them and me.
From the very beginning, she has shown nothing but kindness, understanding and genuine care. She has always been there for me during some really difficult and stressful times, often putting herself out to help us when I have needed it most. Her support has meant more to me than I can put into words.
The way she is with my twins is truly special. They absolutely adore her, and I feel completely comfortable knowing they are safe, happy and cared for when they are with her. She treats them with so much patience, warmth and affection, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about them rather than simply seeing childcare as a job.
As a mum, having someone I can trust completely with my children and who is also so understanding of my circumstances has been so valuable. She has never made me feel like a burden and has always tried her best to help wherever she can.
I will always be incredibly grateful for everything she has done for our family. She is not only an amazing childminder, but a genuinely kind and caring person who has made such a difference to me and my twins. We are so lucky to have her.

My son really enjoyed going to his nanny's. On days when he was at home, he would often ask if he could go see her. Communication was excellent. Whenever I needed help, she was always willing to provide it. We are very happy with her work.
