I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. Our daughter started when she just turned 1 and we had never left her with anyone but family. This was a big deal for me in particular but Jo made me feel at ease from the start. She showed me and my daughter round and we had a little stay and play session which was great. Jo answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease.
Since our daughter first started attending we’ve seen positive changes in her. She has grown, learnt and blossomed so much, but the biggest difference has been in her confidence and interaction with others. It’s been so lovely watching her become more independent and seeing how happy and comfortable she is with Jo, often walking in with her lunchbox in the morning with no tears - saying bye and waving us off!
Jo has been nothing but caring, patient and attentive, and you can see how much she genuinely cares about the children she looks after. She has also always been so understanding and accommodating with us as a family too, which we have appreciated more than she probably realises.
