About Us

Little Seeds Montessori is Ofsted Outstanding setting based in the village on Bovingdon in the Baptist church. The bright, airy building provides an ideal space for the pre-school. Catering for children from 2-5 years, with care being available from 8.30am -3.30pm. The setting is an authentic Montessori environment that is perfectly prepared to meet the changing needs of the children within it. The Montessori ethos of follow the child means that each child's education is individually tailored to meet their own stage of development and interest. The environment provides children with opportunities for many wonderful concrete experiences and choices of activity that encourage independence and are aimed at boosting your child's self esteem through continually learning new skills. We have access to an outside space that is also full of opportunities for fun and discovery. In the afternoons the children have the option to join activitiies such as music and movement, Spanish, baking and Forest school. At Little Seeds Montessori we are passionate about Montessori and early years education and providing the most positive pre-school experience that a child can have. This time is the most important in a child's educational career and should be spent in a nurturing environment that meets your child's needs.
