i am simply looking for someone who can help my 12 year old son travel to and from school via bus on the 2-3 days a week in which i work. He is a lovely young lad, with mild autism (no behavioural issues) but displays signs of social anxiety
As I work in residential childrens care, my rota can be 2 on 4 off, so the days that he will need support are not set days.
he requires the company from the house to the school and into the school gates, as well as collection from school gates and assistance getting the bus back home from school.
This will be on a temporary basis until he feels comfortable and confident enough
He needs to depart from the house at 7:20am to arrive at school for roughly 8am, before the gates get busy. He requires collection at 3:30pm from school.
This assistance needs to be strictly through the use of bus to enable him to develop his independence skills
My Requirements
Requirements will be discussed with the relevant person
morning start time: 7:20am - Finish time: 8:15
Afternoon start time: 3:30pm - 5pm
Travel assistance only via bus to and from school, this is to build independence skills

MY children have been with Sue for 2 years, i have changed jobs 4 times and Sue has been extremely flexible with the childcare needed, although my new job is flexible enough that childcare is not an essential, my children will not and refuse to leave Sue's childcare...even with one starting Secondary next year. She looks after my temperamental but gorgeous 4 year old perfectly, she is really good at reigning in my Tornado Twin 9 yr old boys and although one has autism and ADHD, i have not experienced negative behaviour's or crisis moments with him compared to his last after school club, he has had a really positive experience there. My 11 year old absolutely adores Sue and all of the other children in the settings, my daughter dotes on the younger children and likes to keep them entertained.
