About Me
A Learning Centre always has a strong emphasis on education, and that is exactly how we define ourselves at WeMind.
We create a fluid individual educational journey for each child, by tapping into multiple areas to stimulate their learning from the moment they join us.
We use a variety of multisensory learning methods, such as music, dance, movement, and a foreign language that will be introduced into their weekly routine.
Children will have the freedom to experience new things in a warm home environment, with plenty of one-to-one time with their carer to determine the right tools to support their learning and boost their confidence.
Implementing an experience – learning through play – activities, where children are constantly encouraged to explore their personality and the world around them. Based on the child’s choices during those activities, individual development paths will be identified. By consciously keeping the size of the setting small, will help to maintain children’s progression rate at their own pace.
Teaching without “Love” has no real power, hence why we believe educating children from the bottom of our heart is the only way at WeMind. Being the right example by showing love and passion for what we do is the foundation of our Learning Centre.
My Experience
As a former Pre-School Manager and qualified Artistic Educator, Paola has a real vision on how to provide early year’s education in a different way. She has been a passionate Early Years Educator since she has graduated in 2008, and her willingness to challenge the status quo followed her through her professional career.
In addition to her pre-school background, in the last three years, Paola ran her music classes in Wimbledon & Earlsfield, which allowed her to identify areas within the educational system that could support the parents and even the community.
Providing a spacious home environment will serve as a familiar base for the children to be themselves. More importantly, attracting the right teachers for the project – who share the same passion for education – is essential to successfully translate our mindset.
Knowing Paola, it is easy to see how she is able to transfer her passion and charisma into her teaching. Being able to inspire the next generation through love through education is what made WeMind born.
Paola was born in Bogota, Colombia, and spent her childhood in Latin America. Having the gift of speaking other languages is something she has in common with her husband Istvan, and their son Benjamin, after settling down in Wimbledon 10 years ago.

- Childminding from £12.00 per hour
We welcome children (6 months to 5 years). Summer flexible childcare ais vailable for school and nursery children!
Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 PM
Session times available for a minimum of:
Two full days 8.00 – 5.00 pm

Our three year old daughter has been attending the home setting with Paola and her team since she just turned one. It has been a lifeline for working parents to know our child is in such a safe and engaging environment with carers who see the children as individuals and are there for them. We feel that she has really benefited developmentally from all the wonderful activities and educational themes that Paola is leading. Beyond that Paola has supported us parents in helping her develop skills and independence and through any challenging times, and celebrate all her new achievements! We would be amiss to not mention the lovely home-cooked meals our daughter loves and Paola has taken every care to accommodate her food allergy. We could not recommend more highly.

Thank you for such a wonderful feedback. Its been a great pleasure to support every milestone of your little one!
Our daughter has been attending WeMind since she was 9 months old and is now two and a half and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received. She absolutely adores Paola and her team and WeMind truly feels like a home away from home. As first-time parents, it gives us great peace of mind to know she is in such a caring, nurturing and supportive environment. The team is always honest, approachable and excellent at communicating, which we greatly value. We also love the home-cooked meals and the fantastic curriculum, which offers a wide variety of engaging activities and thoughtfully follows different themes. As a primary school teacher, I particularly appreciate the rich learning experiences provided, including learning walks, music, arts and activities that support cognitive development while helping children build important life skills. Our daughter has learnt so much during her time at WeMind and has truly thrived there. In fact, we have already signed up our second daughter and have recommended WeMind to friends, whose children now attend as well. We highly recommend Paola and her wonderful team to any family looking for a caring, inspiring and enriching environment where children are genuinely valued and encouraged to flourish.

There are actually no words to describe how helpful and supportive Paola is as a childminder and person. Our 19months old little boy who has some challenge when it comes to staying with someone else transformed into a happy and calm person in no time, skipped happily into her playroom soon as we arrived. We couldn't have her love and care for long but we have no doubt who will be our childminder when we will need a childminder again. If you are fortunate enough to find availability in her setting do not look further.
Paola's devotion and care for her "We-mind" family is superior to other settings.
"We-mind" is fantastic home away from home , with plenty of toys and garden with different activities set up.
We can't wait to be part of her "We-mind" family again in the future.
