My Experience
Hello, I am Rachele a Nanny with 7 years of experience in childcare in the UK (London), including Nursery, babysitting, and Nanny from 4 weeks to 12 years old! As Nursery teacher I've been mostly working with babies and toddlers. I completed various courses about different approaches as Montessory, Literacy and Maths trainings among others. I have experience with babies from four weeks old as a Nanny. I took care of multiple children since they were newborn until their toddler age, such an amazing stage where I could see and support them growing and become independent. However I have experience with children up to 8 years old I am very energetic, proactive, and creative. I enjoy cooking more or less elaborate healthy meals and involve children in creative activities (suitable for their age). My approach blends my values and my academic preparation in psychology and child development as well as my childcare experience. I am passionate about child development and the human mind, as well as attachment theory. I like to provide a secure environment for them to explore and encourage their expression. I believe communication with parents is the key to providing the children with consistency in boundaries and approaches to allow them to feel safe and thrive.
My Qualifications
I hold a First-Class degree in Psychology with a particular focus on child development, attachment theory, and emotional wellbeing. My academic training deeply informs my childcare approach, allowing me to support children not only practically but also emotionally and developmentally.
I have a counselling diploma which allows me to work in adult counselling and I am planning to expand in child psychotherapy.

My Availability
NANNY JOB: I’m looking for a full-time nanny job (35-40 hours)
FOR BABYSITTING: from Monday to Friday, I’m generally available in the evenings. I’m fully available on Saturdays and Sundays for ad hoc babysitting.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (net)
18-20£ net/h
My Nanny rate can be discussed according to various variables (e.g. hours, distance etc.).
