About Me
I am looking for a nanny for a friend who lost his wife in February - he has three children aged 4, 6 and 8.
My Requirements
We are looking for a full time nanny to start immediately who is experienced, competent and compassionate, to help look after three children who recently lost their mum. We need someone who can hold space for what this brings up, who can also set strong boundaries with care and love. Dad would like the time to be able to dedicate one on one time to each child and eventually go back to work. Someone who uses their initiative is essential and who will be able to help in the house with cooking/washing etc. would be a bonus. Ultimately we are looking for someone who can bring back some routine into the children’s lives, with kindness and consistency. This role is a full time role including during the holidays. The occasional weekend and over night is preferable.
