My Experience

I am an experienced Early Years professional currently working as a Pre-School Room Leader within a
private day nursery in Crewe. I lead a team of three practitioners and oversee the care, learning and
development of up to 31 children aged 3–5.
My role requires strong professional judgement, safeguarding awareness, and effective partnership
working with families and external professionals to support children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour and
developmental needs. I am particularly experienced in identifying emerging concerns, implementing early
intervention strategies, and supporting parents to engage positively with support services in order to
achieve improved outcomes for children.
