About Me
I’m a 21-year-old student from west London, completing my 4th year of study at the University of Birmingham. I am well travelled and have lots of experience working with children from being a dance director and counsellor at a summer camp in the USA for 3 months. I spend my free time going on runs, doing Pilates, and going to coffee shops while taking part in dance and cheer. My plans for the future are to graduate, travel to Asia and Australia, and move to New York City to complete an MBA.
I’m a fully qualified dance and cheer coach, and can also teach beginners piano, as I am a grade 7 pianist. I am very friendly, tidy and organised, and enjoy talking to new people. Working as a leader and dance coach at a summer camp in the USA for 3 months shows my resilience and care towards all ages/types of children.
I can cook well, and prioritising healthy meals is very important to me. I am fit and active, so keeping children engaged in activities and sports is not a problem.
My Experience
In the USA, I was taking care of a group of 9-11-year-old girls every day for 3 months, sleeping and waking up in the same bunk as them, as well as coaching dance to girls aged 5 and upwards. I am fully DBS checked and have lots of experience coaching and looking after children.
Why I love working with kids
I love working with kids because I truly feel like a child at heart. I enjoy playing with children, talking to them, showing them new things and making them feel supported.
While I was in the US, I worked and looked after a very very large range of ages, and seeing them develop from the first day they arrived at camp to the day I waved them off to go home, the changes I saw in some of their confidence and personality is so rewarding.

Currently completing an undergraduate BSc degree in Human Sciences

My fees are flexible and happy to discuss but my flat fee is £11 an hour
