My Requirements

25–30 hours per week

This is a genuine nanny/housekeeper role. While the children are at school, the focus is on keeping our home clean, organised and running smoothly. After school and during the holidays, the focus shifts to childcare, having fun with the children, planning activities, supporting homework, and helping create a happy, calm home.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining the house to a high standard.
Laundry, ironing and putting clothes away.
Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Changing beds and keeping bedrooms organised.
Meal preparation for the family.
Household organising and staying on top of day-to-day jobs.
School and nursery pick-ups.
Helping with after-school childcare, homework and activities.
Planning fun, engaging days during the school holidays, including trips to parks, museums, playdates and other adventures.
Supporting one autistic child with patience, understanding and a calm, flexible approach.
Working alongside me to keep family life running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is warm, proactive, organised and reliable, someone who enjoys both creating a well-run home and building wonderful relationships with children. Experience supporting autistic or neurodivergent children would be a bonus, but most importantly we're looking for someone kind, positive and hoping to become part of our family for many years to come.
