ALLTOTS Nursery
When I started at ALL TOTS, I was an apprentice working under a qualified staff member with monthly meetings with my assessor to review my online coursework using VQ Folio. After I had completed my apprenticeship, I moved straight into a 2 to 3-room setting as a qualified member of staff who was working alongside a trainee, teaching them what I had learned throughout my apprenticeship. During this I gained practical experience in working with children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall growth.
