About Me
Nanny / After-school help / house help needed – as soon as available. :)
We’re looking for someone reliable and friendly to help with after-school care and light housework from September. Looking after our 4 year old who is starting Reception in September.
Location: KT12 (Hersham) (school is a 5-minute walk from our house)
Hours: 3–6pm (or 3–5:30pm), 3–5 days a week – up to 10–15 hours per week (am flexible on this)
What’s involved:
- Collecting our daughter from school and ensuring she’s safe until we finish work
- Preparing her tea and sorting her uniform for the next day
- Light housework (dishwasher, laundry, general tidying)
This isn’t a traditional nanny role – our daughter is very independent and happy to do her own activities (drawing, reading, even a bit of screen time). The key is making sure she’s home safely, fed, and the house is ticking over.
