About Us

Bright Little Stars Nursery in Mill Hill is a gated property situated close to Mill Hill Park. It includes parking on-site and has a pedestrian crossing outside of the nursery, making it a safe and secure learning environment.

Bright Little Stars Nursery are passionate and enthusiastic about early years education and childcare. We believe in providing every child with plentiful learning opportunities and we work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child is happy.

The setting features brightly coloured learning rooms for each age group, including babies, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school aged children. The nursery is well-lit and has carefully selected facilities and resources for children who are at a variety of levels and has dual air-conditioning and heating systems in place, as well as modern computer facilities.

The unique Bright Little Stars Learning Programme nurtures a love of learning bringing play and teaching together into the curriculum featuring prime areas, phonics & literacy, mathematics, science & botany, culture & geography, ICT, expressive arts, home learning and a wide variety of extra-curricular clubs.

We strongly believe in working in partnership with parents and send weekly emails on learning activities and frequently hold parent involvement sessions/workshops. We also have a special online 'Parent Area' for existing parents and parent workshops through zoom.

Our Head of Teaching and School Relationships supports parents when it is time to think about sending children to school. We build relationships with schools by visiting them to gather and share information with parents via Parent Workshops where we help to explain the application process and preparation for assessments. We also hold school drop-in sessions onsite for parents to meet with prospective schools.

Children at the nursery enjoy the large gardens and sheltered areas give each room access to the outdoors encouraging children to enjoy free-flow play and explore.

Opening Times: 50 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, excluding bank holidays. Full Day: 8:00am-6:00pm; Morning 8:00am-1:00pm; Afternoon: 1:00pm-6:00pm.
