About Me
I am passionate about unlocking every child’s potential. As an educator, I feel privileged to be the facilitator and enabler for your child’s early years development. Sharing these memories and experiences with them is so rewarding! I live in a safe, newly built apartment with lift access. Beside the lovely terrace area, we have a spacious playground and green area downstairs! My setting is a home from home experience- very relaxed, calm and comfortable. I recognise the importance of having routines and structure and aim to provide a rich and varied environment for the children. I care deeply about encouraging children to have a go, experiment, play, explore and grow! I always encourage families to express their child preferences and needs so that they can thrive in my nursery. I encourage heuristic play. Heuristic play is about using every day items, like empty clean milk bottles, caps, cartons, cardboard etc. Heuristic play encourages children to explore open ended and creative play. I try to integrate natural resources in my activities. This is not only fun for children, but also develops an understanding of nature. They increase curiosity and creativity, encouraging critical thinking! I believe that children learn a great deal in their interaction with the natural environment. I live close to different parks and play centres and I am close to Hanwell zoo! Music enhances children’s social, emotional, intellectual, language and motor skills. Calming mellow music helps with digestion and relaxation during meal times. Therefore, different time during the day I would like to play calm music at a low volume in the background to support your child’s well-being! I provide healthy meals and snacks and offer 10% discount for siblings. I live 2 minutes walk from the main Uxbridge road and the different bus routes!
My Experience
I am a mother of two teenage boys. Before working in the Child care sector, I supported vulnerable families for 6 years working with Family Lives Charity. I have the skills and experience to be sensitive to the child’s needs as well as providing positive feedback to bring out the best in children. Through my agency employment, I have worked in different nurseries and primary schools settings. I gained the experience of what works and helpful and what is not. I try to implement this experience in my day to day interaction with children.
My Qualifications
I have gained an Honour Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies. I have also gained Supporting Learning in Primary Schools certificate working in a primary school setting. I have a certificate from my work with Family Lives Charity in Volunteer Befriending Induction. I have also gained a certificate by completing The Nurturing Program. This program was very helpful in exploring ways to look after young children!

I am available from 8am-6 pm, Monday to Friday

I highly recommend Tiba as a childminder. My son has been with her since he was one, and over the past two years she has been absolutely wonderful. She is caring, patient, and really helps children build confidence and independence—I’ve seen such positive growth in my son. He has become more confident, curious, and willing to try things on his own.
Most importantly, my son loves going to Tiba—he’s always excited in the morning, which says it all. Tiba communicates clearly with us every day and truly cares about the children she looks after.
She provides amazing home-cooked meals that are healthy and balanced, and my son always eats so well with her. Tiba also goes above and beyond with activities like regular park trips, library and children centre visits, and even occasional outings to the zoo.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Tiba, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent looking for a nurturing, reliable, and truly outstanding childminder.

Tiba has been caring for my daughter since she was 10 months old and has provided a safe, nurturing environment for her to grow. My daughter loves her Tiba days which are always involve adventures to the park and amazingly creative activities at her home too. Her food is fantastic! 3 proper home cooked meal and healthy snacks. I know she gets her veggies and vitamins at Tiba, if only she ate this way home! Tiba’s communication is great and she is such a caring person, I know my daughter is so well cared for. I would recommend Tiba without hesitation!

Tiba has been looking after our son since he was 1 year old, and for the past two years she has truly been a blessing to our family. From the very beginning, she created a warm, loving, and stimulating environment where our little one thrived.
Tiba is incredibly attentive, patient, and caring, you can see how much she genuinely loves working with children. Our son absolutely adored his time with her, and we saw so much growth in his confidence, communication, and independence during his time in her care. She always made sure the children had a great balance of learning, creative play, outdoor time, and rest all at a pace that suited each individual child.
One of the things we especially appreciated was the effort Tiba put into providing nutritious, homemade meals every day. She made sure the kids had a variety of delicious, healthy food and our son would often come home talking about what he ate that day.
Tiba kept us updated with lovely messages, pictures, and thoughtful feedback, which made us feel so connected and reassured throughout. It’s clear that she puts her heart into everything she does.
We’re genuinely sad to be moving on now that our son is heading to nursery, but we’ll always be so grateful to Tiba for the incredible care and support she’s given him and us. She has played such an important part in his early years, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
