About Me

Hello, I am a qualified and experienced nanny and mother of two looking for a new nannying job from the beginning of June . I will have availability on Mondays and/or Thursdays. Ideally I am looking for term time only, but there is some flexibility with this.

I am caring, organised and very reliable with experience looking after children from birth to 10 years. I enjoy taking the children in my care to the park, on day trips and love gardening, reading and messy play! I have a DBS, 12 hour Paediatric First Aid plus a full clean driving licence.

As a nanny I would usually be employed by a family to come to their house and look after their child in their own home, following their normal feeding, nap and outing routines.

My Experience

I have a degree in Childhood Studies and over 15 years experience working with children. I have worked in both nurseries and after school clubs as well as long term nannying jobs with families. I specialise in working with under 5’s and have experience working with babies from newborn, as well as raising my own two children.

I have also been very active in volunteering within my local community - as part of parent and toddler groups, as well as running a toddler group for the elderly.

My Qualifications

My degree is a BA (Hons) Childhood Studies, focusing on child development and psychology from birth to 5 years.
I also have three A Levels and 9 GCSE’s.
I have recently completed a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid course and have an enhanced DBS certificate.

My Availability

I am ideally looking for a term time job, during school hours, but longer days are possible. I have availability on Monday and Thursday from June 2024. If your requirements for childcare are similar, please do get in touch!
