Hi parents, I am Nanny Nisha :) I am a bubbly loving warm person with plenty of love to share with children, I love to be around children and help them along their learning journey I have always been around children since I was a young teenager so I understood the responsibilities at a young age. I have been working in London for over a year I moved from Birmingham due to job purposes so now I am here trying to start my journey on the career I love. I enjoy making healthy meals and attend the gym. I do not mind LIVE IN positions I am very flexible. I have qualification first aid and also early years level 3 I have a good understanding of health and safety.
My Experience
I have been working in a nursery for 14months now I have spent time with 2year olds so I have experience with potty training and changing nappies and assisting with feeding, I also have spent time with 3-4Y children so I am aware of the different kinds of needs both ages require. I understand the EYFS and what the 7 stages of learning are and try to implement them into the room, sensory play, understanding the world, communication. I have very good ideas of creative play and games with 3-4year olds. I am understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe within the setting, providing feedback to parents about the child's day and any important information I need too share. I am also familiar with writing accidents up and tracking development, if a child is delayed I will adapt the activities and work with the child one on one. Creating a bond and building trust is important to me its the foundation of the relationship I have with children.
