About Me

I have a very nurturing personality when it comes to spending time with and taking care of little ones and enjoy interacting with them. I am currently completing a level 3 childcare apprenticeship as working with children and their development is a passion of mine and am really enjoying my role and everything that I have learnt so far! I have two younger siblings who are now 17 and 10 who I used to help take care of when they were younger; I was also part-time babysitter with children between the ages of 7-15 I naturally have a passion for looking after young people and children. I am a sociable, friendly person who is easy to get along with and can adapt to different situations and take initiative and responsibility when I am required to do so.

My Experience

June 2015 – One weeks work experience as a classroom assistant at Chater Junior School, Watford. Assisting children (aged 6 to 9) with classwork, play, craft projects and playground activities. Assisting teachers in lesson preparation.
June 2014 – One weeks experience in Bushey Academy library helping the librarians in all library duties.
2017 – 2018 – Cleaning at Queens’ School
2017 – 2018 – Tutoring students in French after school/ Part-time babysitting with 7-15 year olds
2018 – 2019 – Front of house Staff at a Pub Restaurant (The Boot at Sarratt)
2019- 2020 - Barista in a garden centre restaurant (Chipperfield Garden Centre)
August 2021 - Babysitting a 14 month old during the summer
2022-2023 — Childcare level 3 Apprenticeship (Bright bees and Scope early years) (stopped due to health complications that are now resolved)
Sept 2025-present — Childcare level 3 apprenticeship (Apple Daycare Ltd. And Hertford Regional College)
