About Me

Nanny required for care of two children a boy born November 2019 and a girl born March 2020. This position is a mixture of shared care and sole charge. The working hours are, Monday to Friday up to 10 hours per day. There will be some holiday travel such destinations being France (skiing), Lake Geneva and Bordeaux and Romania for business and pleasure and. A car driver is essential, and a vehicle is provided for nursery duties if necessary. Our family home is situated in the beautiful rural area of Newbury, Berkshire, a 10 minutes’ drive from Newbury where there is a train station and a direct link into London. Our home is in a rural location overlooking fields and woodland with a large garden, vegetable patch, potting shed, trampoline, and sand pit. We employee a part time cleaner who has been with us for over 7 years and is part of the furniture! We are both
working professionals.

We are outdoorsy, love home grown vegetables and eating a balanced rainbow diet. We enjoy walks, skiing, swimming, rugby tots, tennis, gardening, nature and learning new things. Both children, are happy and healthy and the eldest attends a local nursery three mornings a week and our daughter goes 2 mornings a week. My husband runs his own business and I worked for the business two/three days a week, but hours are flexible depending on the workload. When not working we both love to spend quality time with the children, go on day trips and have fun with them and friends. The family are looking for a nanny to be part of the family, to be flexible with their routine, carry out some of the nursery drop offs and pick-ups, meal preparation, sorting weekly shop, organising play dates, tidying rooms and having fun!!
