Looking for a fab nanny for 2 children in Hackney (20-30hrs per week).
About Me
We are looking for a fun loving afterschool nanny for our two children (age 3 and 6) in Hackney near Victoria Park.
Role can be Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 20-30hrs per week to be agreed with the right person and fixed to be the same every week. Ideally you would also have the flexibility to increase to full days during school holidays (where possible and confirmed well in advance).
They are both at the same school which is a short walk across Victoria Park. There is a great community of school friends/nannies/parents which nearly always results in play dates or a walk home with friends.
We are looking for someone who is confident with the children out and about on adventures during school holidays, happy to organise/take them on playdates, prepare healthy meals for the kids, and keep them safe and entertained (and throw an epic dance party) - our current nanny has been with us full time for 3 years and has been an amazing addition to the family, she is due to leave for her new family in September 26.
Our children love exploring the world around them, music and dance, reading stories, cooking, and being outside. They both have wonderful imaginations, love make believe play and are the best of buddies.
It’s important to us that our children grow up to be happy, kind, confident, well mannered and brave to try new things. As a family we love music, theatre and art, cooking together and crafting/diy - we hope to show our children all of what the world can offer and let them find their own passions too. If you can help us raise them with these ideals in a gentle and loving way, we’d love to hear from you.

Stefania is a great nanny and our children adore her (as do all children who know her). She’s loving, considerate and very knowledgable on how to entertain children whilst also keeping them safe. Very highly recommended!
Overall
Chloe joined us in September 2023 and quickly became part of our family. Simply put, we have all had the most brilliant three years and are very sad that our time together is coming to an end.
When Chloe started, our son was just over 8 months old and our daughter was about to turn three. Time has flown and we will soon no longer need a full-time nanny.

Our children love Chloe desperately and will miss her enormously. She has been an incredible support to us as parents and a true team player – we could not recommend her more highly.
