I am an experienced primary school teacher who likes to make learning fun. Whether the subject is maths, English or reading, I am able to work with the child at their current level and break it down so that they make excellent progress. I use different resources and games to make being tutored an enjoyable experience that your child will look forward to.
My Experience
I am an experienced primary school teacher who currently teaches year 1. I have experience of working with different ages and abilities and have also worked in a special needs school. I enjoy making learning fun and use the child's interests to motivate them. I am especially good at motivating children who are reluctant readers and writers. As I am currently working in a school, I am aware of the curriculum and what your child needs to learn in order to achieve their full potential in their current year group. I am passionate about every child achieving their full potential and believe that with the right support they can. I aim to give children the skills and confidence to become resilient and independent learners in the future.
My Qualifications
I have am a fully qualified teacher who has a PGCE in primary education. I also have a first in my degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.

I am available during school holidays and weekend mornings.
