About Me
Im a single Mum to Emily Beth
(Known as Emily) who has just turned 5 years old. Emily was a premature baby of 8 weeks, and currently repeating her pre-school year, with P1 in August 2026.
I am a qualified Early Years Practitioner. I have a cat, called Molly.
We live within Westwood Hill in East Kilbride. We are only recently become the two of us, following the sad passing of Emily's Dad, in May 2025.
Emily is a loving, sociable, and excitable girl, who loves outdoor parks and soft plays. Emily's favourite characters are Peppa Pig, TwirlyWoos, Hey Duggee, Bluey & Bingo. Fave book is "Tiger who came to Tea". At home, Emily loves to play in the back garden, on her swing and shute. Toys; fidgets, play dough, pushing play prams, play doll houses, and we have a sensory spinning chair.
Emily has delayed speech, but increasing her words & phrases, all the time. Focusing on increasing her flow of conversation exchange. Emily can get overstimulated with too loud noises, or in busy crowds, and has a rocking stim, which has been a life long regulating trait she does. If you go out with Emily, its advisable to have my buggy or harness rucksack with you, due to running away at times of being excited, or spotting something she wants.
My Requirements
Looking for a qualified or years of experience nanny or babysitter, who i can rely on in the evenings, and occasionally day events, in times I cant get support from family or family friends. Such as social or wellbeing events, or appointments for myself. This is usually Friday or Saturday night, or Sunday during the day. I may sometimes require Monday night's for my art class, if Emily's grandparents cant support.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience with ASN Children
2. As and when weekend babysitting.
Fridays any time from 6pm-12am, Saturdays from 5pm-12am. Sundays. From 11am-5pm
3. Holds PVG essential
4. Desirable qualified in education/social care sector, or registered childminder, or essential you have evidential credentials of years of babysitting.
5. Desirable: You drive with at least a suitable booster seat, and boot for buggy.
