Let me introduce myself, I am an experienced and dedicated childcare provider, happily married to a firefighter and a proud parent of four grown-up children. Raising twin daughters taught me invaluable skills in organisation, patience, and multitasking—qualities I bring to my work every day. My children have all gone on to caring professions, including teaching and the fire service, which reflects the strong family values I hold.
I am friendly, reliable, and approachable, and I’m described as calm, nurturing, a great listener and lots of fun! I take a hands-on approach when caring for children of all ages, including babies, and I pride myself on creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment.

My Experience
14 years as a HLTA in primary school, and have my level 3 qualification, the last 10 specialising in EYFS so am hands on for reading and homework support. I’ve been a professional nanny for 4 years now and adore spending time with children and helping them learn through play and get the very best start in life. I have untold experience looking after babies and toddlers and currently have some more availability so I’m looking for new adventures!
My Qualifications
8 O'levels. Distinction in Level 3 teaching assistant qualification. I've been on numerous courses learning about developing children's well being, autism and other special needs. I am qualified in booster programs such as talk boost and NELI and trained in the Read Write Inc (Ruth Miskin) reading program.
