o Taking the children to weekly activities, including art, swimming, football and drama
o Supporting homework and reading
o Establishing consistent routines and expectations
o Preparing clothes, uniforms, school bags and activity kit for the following day
• Meals and food preparation, including:
o Planning weekly family meals and coordinating the online grocery order
o Cooking nutritious meals for the children, with some light family meal preparation
• Children’s organisation and household support, including:
o Managing the children’s laundry, wardrobes, toys and belongings
o Keeping children’s spaces and shared family areas organised and tidy
o Light household support such as emptying the dishwasher, tidying the kitchen after meals and rubbish/recycling
o Occasional errands such as grocery shopping and charity drop-offs
• Additional childcare support, including:
o Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
o Occasional pre-agreed evening/weekend babysitting
o Occasional pre-agreed proxy parenting/overnight care when both parents travel
