Hey, I’m Samantha.
I’m a 25 year old Senior Nursery Practitioner.
Caring, compassionate and highly dependable Practitioner with 8 years experience caring for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I am flexible and can work around unexpected changes to schedules or situations with ease.
Working with children is the most rewarding and heartwarming job and I enjoy every minute of it.
I am skilled in infant care with extensive knowledge of safety precautions and educational activities to stimulate all areas of a child’s development.

My Experience
Level 2 Children’s Care, Learning and Development course in 2017, during this course I completed my placement in a primary school (KS1).
I then went onto my Level 3 Children’s Care, Learning and Development in 2018 whilst completing placement in a private nursery. During this time I got offered a job ready for when I qualified and this is the nursery I worked at for 8 years.
I also look after my nephew on a regular basis whilst his mum works. I play an active part in his learning and upbringing and have done since he was born which I enjoy every minute of.

I am currently working between the hours of 7-6 in a nursery but available around these times and all weekend.

I can’t stress enough how grateful I am, short notice and just such a wonderful person! My daughter loved her and she still insists on seeing her again. You can tell that she just loves what she does which is why she was so amazing. Thank you again Samantha, I’ll definitely be contacting you again.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The nanny decided to leave without giving any notice, which caused significant disruption to our childcare arrangements. We would have appreciated better communication and professionalism, particularly regarding notice and allowing us time to make alternative arrangements. I hope future families have a more reliable experience.

I understand your frustration in me leaving immediately with no notice and again I apologise but as we privately discussed I am a qualified child care provider and have been for the last 8 years with no issues however unfortunately on this one occasion my safety and wellbeing is paramount. ❤️
