Hi! I’m Samantha,
I’m a 24 year old Senior Nursery Nurse.
Caring, compassionate and highly dependable nursery nurse with 7 years experience caring for children from 6 weeks to 8 years old. I am flexible and can work around unexpected changes to schedules or situations with ease (weekends / evenings)
Working with children is the most rewarding and heartwarming job and I enjoy every minute of it.
I am skilled in infant care with extensive knowledge of safety precautions and educational activities to stimulate all areas of a child’s development.
My Experience
Level 2 Children’s Care, Learning and Development course in 2017, during this course I completed my placement in a primary school (KS1). I then went onto my Level 3 Children’s Care, Learning and Development in 2018 whilst completing placement in a private nursery. I got offered a job and this is the nursery I’m currently working at and have done for the last 7 years.
I also look after my nephew on a regular basis whilst his mum works. I play an active part in his learning and upbringing and have done since he was born which I enjoy every minute of. We’ve enjoyed everything from making cakes to slime, walks and adventures.
