My Experience

I specialise in Early Years with a blend of skills and experience gained in the last 15 years in managing, parenting support, advisory team building, setting up nursery and training capacity. I am a team player with excellent communication skills. I am a qualified Early Years Professional Teaching Status teaching in mainstream and private schools. I lead and mentor the practitioners working in a setting on how to work with SEN children. I have worked with Local Authority as part of their Autism team, providing strategies and action plan to aid each child’s learning and development using the Early Years Foundation Framework and Development Matters.
