My Experience
I have 9 Years experience working in Private Nurseries. I have worked with children with additional needs within these settings and have experience with newborns. I have previously been a Nanny for a family in England whose children were 12, 9 and 7. This was on a one week per month basis where I travelled to their home and acted in loco parentis while the parent travelled for work.
My Qualifications
I gained a Level 3 Children and Young People's Diploma while working as an apprentice in a Private Day Nursery in England. I moved to Scotland in December 2017 where I found out that I was required to do 3 units from the SVQ Level 3 qualification in order to register with SSSC. I completed these in 2019 and continued to work in childcare.
