AU PAIR WITH RIGHT TO WORK

We are an international family of 4: mom, dad and two school-age girls of 5.5 years and 7. I’m Italian and my husband is HK/Canadian looking for an au pair for 20h a week, ideally from mid August as I’ll start a new job after the summer, but we can be flexible for the right person
We will not accept anyone without the right visa to work,

We live in London zone 2, Parsons Green/Fulham (our au pair room is a big ensuite on a separate floor). It’s really big with a private ensuite so a lot of privacy (it’s the only room on the top floor)
Our previous au pairs loved this

We mainly need help with drop offs, pick ups and occasional evening babysitting as I’m starting a new job.

We’re looking for a caring and responsible babysitter (female only sorry) to help us when the girls finish school at 3,20 and ideally be available when they are sick / home from school.
Would welcome a student who lives nearby or someone who would like to have extra income. We don’t need enough hours to employ a nanny.

Female applicants only sorry. Italian, Spanish, English or Hong Kong native highly desirable as those are the languages spoken at home and school.

We’re very involved parents but with busy jobs and no family here. Mom and dad can both work from home. We are looking for someone who shares our idea of gentle parenting.
