Derek has been excellent with my son. My son genuinely enjoys going to Derek after school, which gives me great peace of mind knowing he's happy and well cared for.
I've seen a significant improvement in my son's reading since Derek started reading with him, and it's clear he takes the time to support his learning as well as his overall development. Derek communicates really well with us as parents, keeping us informed and making us feel involved.
He's also incredibly helpful by dropping my son home in the evenings, which is greatly appreciated. Derek is reliable, kind, patient, and always greets us with a smile and a positive attitude. I would highly recommend his childcare service to any parent looking for someone who genuinely cares about the children he looks after.
