About Me
Hi, my name is Stella.
I am a registered childminder with an Ofsted Approved Childminding Agency. I run Rising Stars Home Nursery.
Rising Stars home nursery is a home away from home with an environment filled with love, warmth and excitement. It is an environment where every child is heard, valued and respected.
Rising Stars Home is set up to cater to the emotional, physical, educational and social well-being of every child. It is a place that encourages children to express themselves, explore and learn.
I live with my partner and energetic daughter.
My Home Nursery is filled with warmth and love and is set up to be inclusive and welcoming of all families.
I'm a big fan of independent play, allowing the children to choose their activities and be creative whilst guiding and supporting them in learning.
Outdoor learning is a big part of our daily activities, visiting local parks and children's centres. EYFS is incorporated into all our activities.
My Experience
My very first experience was with my little brother who is now over 25 years old. I have also helped friends over the years to babysit their little ones. I am also a mother to my amazing and very inquisitive three year old daughter.

Once I started full time work in April, I knew I had to look for a childminder who could pick up my daughter after nursery as I had also moved quite a distance away from family. I had only ever had family members who have looked after my daughter, but my experience with Stella has been amazing, I couldn’t fault it. My daughter always enjoys the time she spends with Stella and her family and Stella has made me feel a lot more relaxed and at ease when I am at work, in knowing that my daughter is in the hands of someone who cares for her really well and cares a lot about her wellbeing.
Stella always makes sure to update me on how my daughter is doing or bringing things to my attention regarding my daughters wellbeing in which I appreciate a lot. Stella has made me and my daughter feel very welcomed from the start and I couldn’t see myself having anyone but Stella as my daughters childminder and I would recommend her to anyone who asks.
