About Me

A warm welcome.

Hello, my name is Kerry. I am registered childminder with Scottish Childminding Association(SCMA) & Care inspectorate registered very good graded. I live in Baillieston, Glasgow with my partner Kenny, our son Noah aged 8 & our labrador named Bailey.

I became a childminder to allow me to care for my own son, for the love I have for children & to offer a service to others who would like their child to be cared for in a safe, nurtured & homely enviroment.

My Experience

From a young age I have always been around young children, I have five siblings, three of which are younger than myself, I have helped raise and teach them from my own life experiences. I was always surrounded with love, laughter and lots of noise and I have found in myself as I got older that I still enjoy this environment. As I have become older I have volunteered at my local baby & toddler group which supports new parents/guardians on their journey with their child. I have learned that not all children are the same and each have their own lovable personalities and development stages. I believe I have good leadership skills, organisation skills and mentoring skills which I acquired from a young age.

My Qualifications

I am fully registered with Care Inspectorate, I have completed my childminding course with SCMA.
