My Experience

In my role as a Room Leader, I am responsible for overseeing the daily running of the room, supporting staff, planning engaging activities, and ensuring that all children’s needs are consistently met within a safe and stimulating environment. As a Nanny, I provide personalised, nurturing care within the home, building strong relationships with families while supporting children’s routines, development, and wellbeing. In my position as a SENCO Leader, I work closely with children who have additional needs, coordinating support plans, liaising with parents and external professionals, and ensuring that inclusive practice is embedded throughout the setting to help every child reach their full potential.

As a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, nurturing care that supports every child’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing. I use my knowledge of child development to create engaging play experiences, build positive relationships, and support children at their individual stages. Being First Aid Trained gives me the confidence to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies, ensuring children’s safety at all times. I approach each day with warmth, patience, and genuine passion for helping children feel secure, happy, and encouraged in their environment.
