Experienced Nanny Wanted – W4, London
We're a busy, warm family of four based in Chiswick, looking for a brilliant nanny to join us for a long-term role. We have two daughters – Alba (5) and Romy (3) – and we need someone who genuinely loves children, brings calm energy to a busy household, and is happy to really get stuck in.
The role
This is a live-in position with a self-contained room in our home. Hours are blended across term time and school holidays, with a fixed annual salary to reflect that flexibility.
During term time, Alba is at school Monday to Friday (8:30–3:15) and Romy is at nursery four days a week (8–6). On Fridays, you'll have Romy all day, and you'll be doing school runs and after-school care for both girls. School holidays are full-time with both children.
Six evenings of babysitting per month are included.
What we're looking for

Previous nanny experience is essential – live-in experience a plus
Strong references required
Someone organised, proactive and warm
Happy to arrange playdates, plan fun activities and keep the girls' days stimulating
Calm under pressure – we're a busy family and need someone who rolls with it
A genuine love of children and an interest in their development

Day to day
School runs, meals and meal planning, activities and playdates, light housekeeping connected to the children (laundry, keeping their rooms tidy), and being a consistent, caring presence for Alba and Romy.
Package

Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
