About Me
My name is Karen and I am a childminder based in Penycae. I love working with children and feel that I can offer a unique child care approach to the children and families within the community.
I aim to provide a service where parents feel happy to leave their children in the knowledge that they will be getting all of their needs met in a safe, fun, nurturing environment.
My Experience
I have been an early years practitioner for over twenty years. I have worked in mainstream schools, day nurseries, playgroups, run community led parent and child groups and been a one to one support for a child with autism.
My Qualifications
I hold several qualifications, including a BA (hons) in Childcare and Learning Support Studies, FdA in Childhood studies, BTEC in Childhood studies, First Aid and Food hygiene certificates.
My Availability
I currently have part time spaces available as well as after-school availability and spaces for holiday care.
My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Ysgol Hooson
