I’m very happy to recommend Karishma, who has been working with our family for the past nine months, since our son was seven months old. She has developed a great relationship with our son, and he is very comfortable and happy with her, which gives us a lot of confidence and reassurance when he is in her care.
She makes a real effort to keep him engaged through a variety of age-appropriate activities, including reading, sensory play and other activities that support his learning and development. She pays close attention to his progress and regularly gives us detailed and helpful updates. She also shares thoughtful suggestions with us while respecting and following our requests and preferences as parents.
She is extremely reliable and punctual, always arriving on time and respecting her agreed working hours. When she needs time off, she gives reasonable notice and communicates with us in advance.
She is also very clean and tidy, maintains excellent personal hygiene, and takes care to keep things clean and organised while looking after our son.
