Karishma worked for us part time for a few months. She looked after our 4 month baby boy. She was punctual, professional, clean and extremely efficient as a nanny. She was so polite, well spoken, patient and interacted very well with us and our children. Karishma bonded quickly with our son, singing to him, reading books and helping with his development with playtime. Baby’s milk times and nap times were always on time and he was very happy and calm in her presence. She was so kind to help with our 4 year old daughter after she came back from school, assisting with meal preps, potty training and laundry. If the baby slept, she didn’t sit idle, would keep her self busy by tidying up, folding laundry or proactively doing other tasks. We were very sad to see her leave. She was is so efficient and nurturing as a nanny.
