After School Nanny

I'm searching for nanny for after school that can do pick up from West Lodge Primary School and nannying throughout evening 3:20-7:20 pm for my eldest son - Year 2. My eldest son is diagnosed with ASD and quite brilliant in certain way. He likes to write but require assistance in social care area. I have twins boy and girl in Year 1. They are mainly in after school club Mon until 4:30 pm, Tue-Thu until 6 pm, Fri until 4:30 pm. We will need the nanny's help to look after the twins when the twins come home, i.e. bathe them and dinner time.
