Not a professional attitude at all.

She agreed with us to look after my children after the school day. I gave her the keys of my house as well to open the door as I and my wife are outside. She did not turn up on the day without any notice. She did not answer the phone or what's app chat. She has the keys of my house as well. She did not return it. I asked for advice from the police as it is not safe to keep the keys with her. It costed me a lot of money to change the locker of my house. Besides, she put my children into risk because I depended on her to be with them after school so they returned home with out finding her which forced me to take permission to leave my work.
NEVER RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.
