Hi there,

We're looking for a babysitter to become a regular part of our week caring for our four-year-old daughter.

The role is every Wednesday afternoon/evening (roughly 5–6pm to 9–10pm) and at least one Friday or Saturday night each week (from around 5–7pm until no later than midnight). One thing to know upfront: we split our time between two homes – one in Brixton/Herne Hill and one in Kensington – so the location will change every week on a very regular rotation.

Duties are pretty classic: collecting her from nursery in South Kensington (on some weeks, to be confirmed in advance), playing, reading books, basic food preparation, and the bedtime routine.

On top of the regular hours each week, there would be additional Saturday or Sunday afternoon hours we would need often (around 4–5 hours, on an ad hoc basis), which we'd confirm with you a week or so ahead of time.

One bonus if it applies to you: we'd love to find a native Greek speaker, as we're keen for her to grow up with the language (we are from Greece and Australia originally). It's not a requirement, but it would be a real plus!
