I have been in the childcare industry for 6 years and have worked my way from being an apprentice to an acting deputy manager role. I have gained so many skills from all the jobs I have had the opportunity to progress to and would like to take my knowledge into the nanny role. I enjoy setting up activities for children to explore whether that be through sensory play or mark making and encourage their development and wellbeing to ensure they have the basic skills to make their needs met.
