My Experience

Crèche Assistant
I started my career as a crèche assistant, caring for babies and children aged 4 weeks - 7 years. I then took on additional responsibilities as a party organiser, organising and running children’s parties.

Level 3 Early Years Educator (CACHE)
After my A-Levels, I studied at college to achieve an A grade in my childcare qualification. I completed over 700 hours of placements in a baby room, pre school, and reception class.

BA Primary Education (Hons)
I graduated Canterbury Christ Church University with a 2:1 in my teacher training degree. As part of my training, I completed three placements teaching Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children.

Barracudas Activity Camps - Early Years Manager
During the my Easter and Summer holidays, I worked at activity camps as the Early Years Manager. This role involved overseeing provision for children aged 4-7 and guiding staff to ensure excellent practice.

Teaching Roles
I have taught Year 1 and pre school aged children as a qualified teacher.

Child Minding
I have experience in child minding 1 day per week for a child aged 18 months. This role involves wrap around care from mornings to evenings, undertaking planning activities, outings and preparing meals.

Autism Therapist
My current job is a CBT Therapist specialising in supporting neurodivergent children and young people. I still do this 4 days per week but hoping to pick up a day nannying.
