You've created such a warm and nurturing environment, and it's been amazing to see how much she learned and grown under your care. You've truly been a part of our family you've made in Aurelia life. Our daughter Vivienne has been going to Paula for over a year, it has been the perfect setting. Home from home environment, arts and crafts, baking, walks and adventures, outdoor play and childminder playgroup sessions (singing and dancing). Healthy, home cooked meals provided. Highly recommend Paula to any parents looking for a safe but fun environment for their little ones! Our Vivienne absolutely loved it!

I have bee cancelled on twice now with 2hours notice for a meet and greet the first excuse was that she was too tired and today no excuse at all she simply refused to send the address with and excuse about needing 2 days minimum which was not discussed before and then simply didn't reply to my text. Paula's behaviour is unprofessional to say the least would not trust my child with her.

Good afternoon Maria, it’s a shame you feel this way. I’ve only spoken to you once via text message and I haven’t even met you. I pride myself on being professional but I don’t think you can say I’m unprofessional when you haven’t even met me or even spoken to me on the phone. It’s quite shocking that you can leave such a nasty review when you haven’t even met me. As you can see I have fantastic reviews from past and present families who value the service I offer. Good luck in your search for childcare.
