My Experience

I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience working with children in the Early Years, alongside valuable experience as a private nanny. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with babies, toddlers and young children, supporting their development, wellbeing and learning during some of the most important years of their lives.

My experience has given me a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the key areas of development that help children build a strong foundation for their future. I have supported children with their communication and language, physical development, social and emotional development, confidence, independence and early learning skills.

As a room lead, I have also developed strong skills in observing children's individual needs, planning appropriate activities, building trusting relationships and working in partnership with parents and carers.

Over the years, I have learned that school readiness looks different for every child. Some children may need support with communication, others with confidence, independence, social skills or simply becoming comfortable with a new routine.

This wealth of experience is what inspired me to become an Early Years School Readiness Mentor. I want to use the knowledge I have gained throughout my career to provide children and families with practical, nurturing and personalised support as they prepare for their next exciting step.

I offer flexible weekend sessions, making it easier for busy families to access personalised Early Years and school readiness support at a time that works for them.

Individual & Small Group Support

I offer one-to-one sessions as well as small group sessions, depending on the needs and preferences of each child and family.

One-to-one support allows me to focus closely on a child's individual strengths, interests and areas for development, creating a personalised approach to help build confidence and school readiness skills.

Small group sessions provide children with opportunities to learn through play, develop communication and social skills, build confidence, take turns, share and interact with other children in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether working individually or within a small group, my aim is to create a positive, nurturing and engaging learning experience where every child feels encouraged, valued and supported.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
