My Requirements

An active family of 5 based in Leamington SPA is looking for a nanny housekeeper to help them running their busy family.
The children are B 4.5 years, G 3 years and G 5 months old (born in 2021, 2023, 2025), therefore it is essential that the right person truly loves children and being in a busy household.

The ideal candidate is active and outdoorsy, flexible, a good communicator and team player to work well with the parents, calm and nurturing but at the same time able to establish and maintain boundaries, organised, and knowlegeable about children.

The primary responsibility will be nannying and nursery/school pick-up and drop-off, but the family also requires some light housekeeping when the children are not around, family meal preparation, and laundry. The family has weekly cleaners.

The position is for 30 hours per week, with two full days per week, one of them being the Friday, and three half days. The boy started primary school in September and therefore will be at school 08.45 to 15.30. The toddler girl attends preschool part time, the baby will attend nursery part time.

Start from 1st of March.
3 years minimum experience.
Ofsted registered, or willing to be by the start date.
Driving license is required, own car is preferred but not essential.
Gross salary £23400-24960 as an employee, depending on experience.
