About Me

With six years of experience working in nursery settings, I provide caring, reliable and personalised childcare tailored to each child’s individual needs, interests and stage of development. My aim is to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure and supported while giving parents peace of mind.

My services include:

* Personalised childcare: Providing attentive, nurturing care that supports each child’s individual needs, personality and daily routine.
* Learning through play: Planning fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s development, creativity, curiosity and confidence.
* Messy and sensory play: Offering exciting hands-on experiences that help children explore different textures, materials and sensations while developing their skills.
* Outdoor adventures: Spending time outdoors, exploring nature, visiting parks and encouraging children to learn through fresh air, movement and discovery.
* Creative activities: Enjoying arts and crafts, drawing, painting, stories, music and imaginative play.
* Supporting development: Encouraging communication, social skills, independence and physical development through everyday activities and play.
* Daily routines: Supporting mealtimes, nap times, personal care and other daily routines in line with each family’s preferences and the child’s needs.
* Trips and outings: Where agreed with parents, organising suitable outings and experiences, such as visits to parks, libraries, farms or zoos, to make learning fun and engaging.
* Communication with parents: Building trusting relationships with families and keeping them informed about their child’s activities, progress and daily experiences.

I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, loved and encouraged to explore the world around them. I aim to make every day meaningful, enjoyable and full of opportunities for children to learn, grow and develop their confidence, while providing families with dependable and compassionate support.

My Experience

I am a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional with six years of experience working in nursery settings. I have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing, and I love creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Throughout my childcare experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing individualised care, building positive relationships with children and supporting their development through play and everyday experiences. I particularly enjoy planning and taking part in messy play activities, creative experiences and outdoor adventures, allowing children to explore, develop their curiosity and learn about the world around them.

I am a patient, approachable and attentive person who understands that every child is unique and has their own individual needs, interests and personality. I believe in creating a positive and stimulating environment where children can build confidence, develop independence and enjoy learning at their own pace. I also understand the importance of building trusting relationships with parents and maintaining consistency in children’s daily routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going to the cinema and have a real love for animals and wildlife, particularly visiting zoos. I enjoy bringing creativity, fun and new experiences into children’s lives and believe that some of the best learning opportunities come from exploring the world around us.

Having spent six years working in nurseries, I am excited by the opportunity to bring my experience and passion for childcare into a private nanny role. I would love to build a close, trusting relationship with a family and provide personalised care that supports their children’s happiness, development and individual needs. I am committed to being a reliable, caring and positive presence in children’s lives, helping them feel safe, loved and confident while making each day enjoyable and full of opportunities to learn and grow.
