My Experience
30 years childcare experience. I startedmy career as temporary nanny, then I to the baby room in a Day nursery. I became a Nanny when I had my first child and looked after a little boy the same age as him. We relocated and I became a Childminder looking after children in my own home aged 0-12. I then became a Teaching assistant in an independent school where I have been for the past 15 years. I have progressed to the lead Teaching and the After school care coordinator. I have to be organised, reliable and a good communicator.
