My Requirements

We are professional working parents looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable full-time nanny to care of our two boys (4.5yrs ; 10mths). Ideal start date early March 2026.

Approx 55h/week:
3 days (Tues/Wed/Thurs) from ~0730 to 1900
On these days both parents work in central London.
One parent will be back between 1830 and 1900 to takeover from nanny.
AND
2 days (Mon/Fri) from 0800 to 1800
On these days mum works from home (home office) and will do morning school run.
The dedicated home office is additionally separated from the living areas by double doors and a long hallway so noise and general household activities are not an issue.

The role mainly involves sole charge care of the baby and wraparound hours for the older boy in Reception year in local school just 10 min walk from home.

Duties include:
- School run support:
- after school pick ups Mon-Fri;
- morning drop offs on the longer days Tue/Wed/Thurs as both parents need to commute to/from London on these days.
- Plan/serve/feed healthy meals and snacks for the boys (no known food allergies or intolerances)
- Plan and engage children in developmentally-appropriate activities both at home and as planned outings
- Child-related tidying/organising/laundry/cleaning
(note: we have professional team of weekly cleaners for the home)

Baby (10mths) is nearly walking; able to crawl, climb, cruise, babble etc.
Weaning journey is ongoing - he is an enthusiastic eater who enjoys self-feeding.
Able to use wide range of straw/valve/free-flow/sippy cups.
He is a very warm, curious and sociable child who is used to other children and adults.
Usually 2 naps (morning nap often 30-40min; afternoon slightly longer) for total of approximately 1.5h daytime sleep.

Older boy (4.5 yrs) absolutely loves school, and is a very curious and motivated child in his learning.
School hours are 0830 to 1510 for drop off/ pick up.
After school on Mondays he will need drop/pick from local gymnastics club 10-15min drive from school/home.
This class runs from 1545 to 1630, and the waiting area is spacious and used for waiting children/little siblings to run amok/feed/sleep etc.

Our home is a spacious, warm and comfortable modern building on a quiet, safe private road.
Ample driveway parking.

Additionally:
- Opportunity for occasional additional evening/weekend/overnight hours, on a flexible, ad-hoc basis
